1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Aerone website, mobile-optimized pages, and connecting crowdsourced devices, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the services.

2. Permitted Use

Aerone provides real-time air quality index estimates based on crowdsourced nodes and CPCB feeds for information and educational purposes. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the maps, dashboards, and histories for personal use. You agree not to scrape, flood, crawl, or run automated queries against the `/api` endpoints without written permission.

3. Crowdsourced Node Contributions (Aerpod X3)

By connecting an Aerpod X3 wearable sensor device and uploading air telemetry:

• You acknowledge that the telemetry (PM2.5, PM10, TVOC, Temp, Humidity, CO₂) will be aggregated and shown publicly on the public live maps in an anonymised format.
• You grant Aerone a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute the sensor datasets to compile average atmospheric indices.

4. User Comments and Feedback

When submitting comments, you represent that the information is accurate and does not violate any local laws. We reserve the right to review, moderate, or remove comments that contain offensive language, spam, or advertise commercial entities. Submitting feedback binds your submission to verification checks processed by Google Cloud reCAPTCHA Enterprise.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE AERONE AIR QUALITY INDEX IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. Air readings are crowdsourced from consumer-grade sensors and external governmental API mirrors. We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy, completeness, or suitability of index metrics for clinical health advice. Users should verify critical health decisions against official meteorological department warnings.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Aerone India or its developers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including health issues or lost savings) arising out of your reliance on the live mapping data.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the website following changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of Aerone platforms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
